I underwent a minor surgery at this GP and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I spoke to the nurse to book the appointment with the doctor, during the surgery and thorough post operative they made me feel at ease. The Dc, who performed the surgery, demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and answered all my questions, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Following the surgery, the nursing staff provided thorough post-operative care instructions and made themselves available for any concerns I had during the recovery process. Despite the expected discomfort and a little scar , my recovery was relatively quick, complication-free and I must say I have no scar at all, thanks to their guidance. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the care I received at this Medical Center. I would confidently recommend this GP to anyone in need of minor surgical procedures. Thank you so much,

I rang up yesterday morning and the lady on the phone was such an incredible help. I told her she gave me the best, most genuine help ever! She went above and beyond to help me. Really made me feel heard and looked after. You really are an angel! Thank you again for being so lovely!

I had a minor surgery procedure which went smoothly. Everything was explained clearly and the doctor took extra care to make sure I was safe and fully informed. Surgery was quick and I felt assured throughout the procedure. I was unaware that most GPs don't offer this treatment so I wanted to leave a review just to give my thanks and praise.

This surgery is big enough to support thousands of local North Londoners and has a phone appointment system that can get you an appointment. Some of the GPs are kind and knowledgeable. However, the practice suffers from poor management and a reliance on text messaging patients at every opportunity. Texts are only ever one way, leaving no opportunity for proper interaction or personalisation. Go to a smaller practice for a better service.

Terrible. This practice lost blood test and blood pressure results several times. Lost medical forms, took 8 weeks to sign a routine certificate. Gave physicians assistant appointments instead of GP appointments when I had pregnancy complications.

I had an appointment for my 5 year old. Upon arrival we face a super long line of elderly people waiting for the vaccine. The line took over 30 min to get through until we reached the reception desk. It’s upsetting to see so many vulnerable and frail people being forced to stand for such a long time. Many voiced their concern to the staff, who were helpful but couldn’t do more to improve the situation. After the reception desk we waited for further 40 min before being seen. Travel included that makes it for way to long of a period for all those elderly folks to be out of the house, standing, without eating. Simply not acceptable, even if the staff was all lovely.
