My doctor is very caring and very helpful with my stressful situation. Feel so confident with her. One of the receptionist’s at this practice is amazing. You when when she answers she will do all she can to help you.

I was seen by Doctor and the consultation was superb. She was able to help me with all my questions and helped me find solutions. I could not recommend her more highly, absolutely outstanding.

My kid had a such a bad allegic reaction. I did not know what to do. But a receptionist, she was such a amazingly help to get in meeting a doctor. Thanks for the lady who helped us today.

My experience at this practice has been great. I used the online booking service and had follow up appointments made easy and effectively. I was able to get communication in various forms by telephone, at the clinic or online.

I have been coming to Manor Practice for years now and have always found the Receptionists to be nothing less than helpful and courteous but this has not always been the case for the Doctors. However, this changed today! I have never experienced such a wonderful Doctor. A Doctor who actually takes time to listen to what you have to say is very rare nowadays. I always felt rushed through my previous appointments and always forgot small things to say simply because you were made to feel more like a number and not an actual person. What a truly great experience to have such an understanding, empathetic and sympathetic Doctor (I cannot mention their name apparently) is a breathe of fresh air!! I truly hope the Doctor remains at this practice for years to come. Sandra Lyons
