I tried twice that morning to send an r consult but it wouldn’t send, I struggle at sending between 8-10 as I’m at work As my finger got alot worse during the morning I managed to call, the receptionist was very good sent me a link and I was able to send a picture Very prompt response sending a prescription to my chemist Thanks

I had a telephone appointment with GP to discuss being referred for an urgent Private funded ultrasound. The GP called me ‘my dear’ during our conversation which I found patronising - the choice of hospital was my choice but not understanding that, the GP couldn’t recommend which to attend themselves. I discovered this fact only by calling the secretaries the next day and the Private ultrasound referral was signed and forwarded that day.

Had a blood test I’m so sorry but I can’t remember her name but she was going to burgess hill, she didn’t use a band around my arm and I didn’t even know it was done. I’m a bit funny with needles but was the best blood test experience Iv had. Sad to know she’s moving on as she is a major credit to anyone she works for or works on. Don’t let her go guys!!

The Reception desk was busy but the Receptionist gave time to answer & give practical advice as to how I could be helped whic I have followed

The staff giving my injection were outstanding . The reception staff not good had got all the cards muddled up @ out of order so had to make news ones which resulted in a long queue

A very quick way of making an appointment. No hanging about on the phone, especially when your working all day and haven't got the time to phone. Also people who can't phone due to long working hours. A very easy way and easy to understand to fill out when I'm a middle aged person that doesn't like computers.
