I was very pleased to receive a call from one of the pharmacy team who talked through my list of medication with me. I take quite a few tablets each day and it was an excellent opportunity to be able to discuss them with a qualified person in an unhurried discussion.

The kindness of the nurse who understood my concerns and walked me through the exam in such a wonderfully kind way. I will never forget the experience and her professionalism.

Appointment was during a period where there were very few waiting to be seen. Appointment time close to actual time seen. All actions undertaken in an efficient manner and nurse also respected my wearing of a mask by wearing her own.

Sent in a e consult and got sent a text saying I will get a telephone phone call from a GP within 4-5 weeks for my young daughter who has an ongoing rash, which could be an allergic reaction. I understand that the surgery is in high demand, however, I’m disappointed that they wouldn’t see a young child any sooner than 4-5 weeks about something that could turn into something bad. I have requested an allergy test. I have also tried to change eliminate things it could be, within her diet and such things as body wash, washing powder etc. overall I’m not happy.

Dear Hallie, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service that you have received. All the econsults that we receive are triaged by the Duty Doctor and allocated an appointment, based on the answers that you have provided. This may mean that you will be allocated a routine appointment or be added to a waiting list. Although our message states 4-5 weeks, in practice this is normally sooner. If you have not yet been contacted for an appointment, you can call us between 8-12 or complete an econsult on our website between the hours of 8-10 or 1-3 to be re-triaged. I had to wait over a month to be seen by a dr Earlier treatment would mean my mobility and possible further damage would have been prevented.
