    Was offered a same day appointment at 2pm even though I only spoke to reception mid morning. Very pleased with the service and response of the surgery.

    Reception and the nurse that dealt with me were excellent the downside was that apparently there had been an emergency earlier and that delayed appointments. That was not the problem, the smell of vomit in the waiting room was strong, we had to wait 30 minutes, later that evening both my wife and I were nausius 12 hours later it was obvious we had noravirus. Please note this is not a complaint but a suggestion that perhaps the waiting room should be closed after such an event in the future.

    Needed to book a blood test which Dr approved. No problem. She also said on phone I needed a face to face with GP re problem. Did econsult in September and phone call on 20/10. Reception said I’m on list for call back. 04/12 still waiting. Usually Limetree is brilliant but this time ??

    Excellent meeting with practice manager. Face to face wit GP took forward. Several outstanding things that had drifted. I felt valued and listened to.

    I had a problem with my legs all of a sudden and found it extremely difficult to walk without pain. My right leg was swollen and painful. I rang the Dr Surgery and got an appointment to see the Dr the same day. It was also arranged for me to have a blood test again on the same day at Worthing Hospital. The next day I was in Worthing Hospital again having a scan for a blood clot which fortunately for me they didn’t find one. The Dr followed up the following day with prescribing some medication and to see how I was. Excellent service and couldn’t have been dealt with any quicker privately.

    The paramedic really listened to me. I didn’t feel rushed. She even went to explain to her next appointment that she was running late. She waited to discuss my symptoms with a GP before sending me to hospital.

    EConsult worked well and I got an early appointment. The doctor was very thorough and interested in my case. He gave me antibiotics and suggested an X-ray at the walk in clinic. All went well. To sum up, a very efficient, pleasant and reassuring experience.
