All our GP appointments are triaged by the duty doctor to ensure everyone receives the most appropriate care for their needs.     I received a same day appointment, I only had to wait in the surgery waiting room for 5 minutes. I was examined and referred to hosputal for an x-ray which I also received within a few days of my appointment

    The phone system works well for me although I did get through early (14 in the queue). I chose ring back, I picked up the call but then it cut off, after a while I rang back (44 in the queue) and even though waiting an hour overall for the ringbacj, this time it worked and reception were good and so was call from doctor 15 mins later sorting my request quickly. Unfortunate problem at first but still very good overall.

    A Doctor called me back after I sent a photo of the place on my head causing me concern and issued a prescription plus sent a referral to a specialist.

    I can’t understand the need for repeated triages for the same condition. I had an appointment booked after the first triage at the latest date it was possible but I still would be away. I had to phone again the week after to get the appointment when I will be back. The week later I phone again to get the latest appointment possible and I was refused an appointment. I only wanted to delay the appointment by a couple of days, I was informed I needed to have a repeat triage when I come back . Why?? Just waste more of a doctor’s time? My frustration to book appointment three times because when I will be back there will be not available appointment. The bureaucracy is against saving time of the doctors and causing stress of the patient. It’s not possible to understand. I wanted to start the process of investigating my hips to be able to use my AXA insurance in case if I need an operation.

    Got called in because of lump on back , I had previously sent a picture which I was told I would receive an appointment from the best person to treat me . First appointment was cancelled ended up seeing someone who had no idea what I was there for .

    The practitioner did not put the prescription through the system and did not write it on my notes. This meant i had to end up making 3 visits from worthing to findon for antibiotics for a chest infection. The 1st receptionist i spoke to on my 2nd return visit was not helpful and i felt my concerns were not being listened to but i rang on my return home and another receptionist was very helpful and arranged for the duty doctor to write an urgent prescription. The process of using a practitioner that is unable to write a prescription is not helpful when they need you to make a return visit to the pharmacy when you are feeling unwell and due to the incomplete actions of this practitioner i had to make 3 visits which is unacceptable. It ended up taking 2 days to get the prescription

    Easy to book a blood test online. Nurse called me from the waiting room exactly on time. Friendly interaction and swift taking of a sample.

    Dr was fantastic however I need a letter regarding my ultrasound for a lump on my neck to go privately and I have asked this to be emailed over to me or left for me to pick up and I have had nothing back meaning I may miss the slot I have for my ultrasound

    Receptionist kind pleasant person,as always whenever I have contacted surgery in person or by telephone. All of staff are ,I have never been unhappy at anytime. Thank you everyone for all you do.
