Well organised local contact and messaging to advertise Saturday sessions and arrange bookings and well co-ordinated on the day. As with the first three Covid vaccination roll-outs, Leiston Surgery's staff and volunteers proved themselves admirably efficient, helpful and straightforward with a well-focussed, professional and friendly approach. Testament to good leadership, communication and teamworking - many thanks and well done!

I received my Covid and flu jab today. The surgery ran it perfectly, effectively, efficiently and with good humour. I could not fault it.

I attended a vaccination clinic. As always it was very well organised, the procedure was clearly explained and the whole process ran very smoothly.

The way that the flu and booster jabs were organised yesterday 8.10.22 was exemplary as always with our surgery. We are so lucky despite an overload of patients that we can still obtain first class service from all departments.

My family has lived for many decades within the area served by the Leiston Practice. And during that long time the doctors, nurses and administration staff have never failed to assist us quickly, professionally, and with genuine concern for our well-being. My feelings of respect for the Practice and for the manner in which it performs its NHS role, could not be greater.

Very impressed by the efficiency of the system of this mornings clinic As a newcomer to the area was worried about parking but one way system was very efficient Big thank you to staff(Volunteers?) directing traffic Was in and out within 10mins
