My experience of having flu/covid vaccines yesterday was really positive from the arrival in the car park the registration of my details and then the giving of vaccines. All of the staff involved were efficient friendly and helpful. Thank you Leiston surgery for providing such a brilliant service!

Very efficient from the car park volunteers to the doctor giving the injections, an excellent service was provided by cheerful people which made for an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

Thoroughly well organised vaccination programme,very much appreciated.Everybody from the ladies managing the car parking,to the receptionists were efficient & pleasant.

Good response & action with vaccine clinic & previously re suspicious lump on face and asthma symptoms problem- having a very long winded booking system- surely just the immediate appointments requested should be triaged routine ones booked without having long tel queues

Received phone call to attend practice for flu and covid jabs. As usual, everything was very well organised from car parking stewards to the injections themselves. Staff cheery and efficient. Each wave of jabs has been handled in this way. We are so lucky to have this high standard of care in Leiston.

Very good and efficient vaccination clinic at the surgery. They had easy booking. They were running to time and had plenty of staff.

Combined Covid and flu vaccination session yesterday, and, as always, everything ran smoothly. Staff are polite, friendly and professional. They always have a smile on their faces even in the toughest of times. And working on a Saturday. A great practice, we are so lucky to have them.
