excellent care and assistance regarding my leg ulcers and other health issues, mb, cl, mit, superb care provided and they all have gone above and beyond I can not fault the service at all and I hope this carries on as I have confidence in their care and support. I wish all the staff and doctors at the lakeside and other sites a great xmas break thank you very much vf

We have found that we have good regular access to our GP. The practice is supporting and innovative with its referrals to specialists and associated medical services such as psychology and pysiopherapy.

Visited this morning for a nasal flu vaccination for my daughter. Waited around 20 min after which when finally was seen we were told they run out of the vaccination the week before. Would have been good to tell us to cancel/ re-schedule the appointment not wasting my and nurse's time.

Good friendly responsive reception staff. My doctor in particular very thorough and with an excellent interpersonal manner. The whole practice very clean and with lots of in house facilities (eg nurse and blood tests).

I have always had good service and good doctoring during the many years I have been with Lakeside. I received quick attention recently with onward consultation to hospital. I would highly recommend this practice and rate the receptionists highly as well. Would never consider changing to any other.

It took 40 minutes to get through to Lakeside medical practice and when I did the receptionist asked me who the appointment was for, it was explained that it was for my son who is 15 years of age and that he had not been well during the night. The receptionist advised that they had nothing available and that a nurse would call me on Friday morning. I explained that I did not wish to have the nurse call me I wished for the doctor to see my son, she then went on to say that there are no availabilities until the 30th November which is absolutely appalling for a doctor's surgery especially when it's a minor that needs an appointment

Dear Anon, our nurse team at Lakeside are more than qualified and capable of treating minor illnesses, they have many years of experience and know exactly how to escalate a condition if need be. I completed a doctrin form and was phoned at 8.15am to be seen at midday. Doctor was excellent and organised various tests. I had to contact the surgery again through doctrin, and was contacted by 9.30am and prescribed antibiotics. Not had any contact for a number of years but twice in a week and both times dealt with efficiently and with care

The Dr. Attended to me well. She carefully listened to me. Her intelligence is fantastic. She took time to review my medications and did the needful.
