Called surgery at 11am needing a phone consultation for my husband. Was advised call would be received by 1pm. Dr called and agreed to visit was here by 2.30 to see my husband. Can’t complain at all about the surgeries prompt action and advice. We were both very grateful to the Doctor who helped so much. Thank you so much.

I have always been attended to in a friendly manner. Even when I can't get a service at a particular time. Assistance is often given as to how I can go about this. I have never had to wait for long periods of time before being attended to. Only on occasion.

Excellent Practice reception staff could not be more helpful Nurse was arrange to visit my mothers home nurse arrived on time carried out the vaccination she was polite, cheerful great service all round

Couldn’t get through to blood results. It was saying call back between 2-3pm. I was calling at 2.30pm on Monday so they should’ve been answering. Previously you could contact results Monday - Friday between 1pm - 3pm. This has since been reduced to 3 days per week 1pm-2pm. As I couldn’t get through to the test line I called the main number and chose option 1. I was still waiting to be answered after 56 minutes. I hung up at this point. Absolutely abysmal service

Good service. Reported arrival a bit early and I was called in on time. Heath issues were discussed in detail and options for health issues were explained clearly.The doctor was very caring , good experience as I feel anxious every time that I attend to see doctors.

The staff are warm and cordial. I felt really comfortable. The gp that attended to me was jovial she made me feel so relaxed. Its also a very neat environment. I would recommend to anyone living in that area

Having received dreadful service from another Bexley practice, or should I say total lack of service, I switched to Lakeside. A very welcome change at my initial consultation. The facilities are excellent, the receptionists friendly and the nurse that checked me over was professional, helpful and attentive. I look forward to far better things than I experienced elsewhere.

My elderly father's health has deteriorated over the past few months and the practice have been fantastic. The receptionists, care co-ordinators and doctors are always helpful and supportive, which makes a very difficult time slightly easier. Thank you all so much for everything you do, it is very much appreciated

After being taken ill and with a weakened immune system and needed to see a dr ..no appointments at Brigstock no joy in getting through to lakeside headed for Urgent Care - triage nurse was excellent- gave me a bed away from waiting room to avoid further germs and was seen promptly and medication prescribed. With the current pandemic flu/Covid etc and how stretched NHS are and difficulty getting a drs appointment can’t praise the service enough at Urgent care Thankyou
