A well organised visit for the Covid/Flu jabs. With no queuing and pleasant helpful attendants. The booking/appointment system worked well with only a few minutes wait for the injections which were conducted by efficient medical and administrative staff. All conducted inside the centre with a well organised walk in/out system. Congrats to all the organisers and staff for their help.

Arrived earlier than appointment time, friendly welcome, very efficient nurse. Painless and quick (in both arms ) Was laid up for 24 hours, but a lot better than the Un-vaccinated possibilities. Thank you NHS staff!

Excellent organisation on a Saturday, to push many people through a process to have flub & Covid jabs. I experienced a Friendly welcome and professional & charming nursing staff. The whole process was very Quick and efficient, in and out within a matter of seconds not minutes. This experience dispels any claim that the NHS is broken.

My husband & I popped into the surgery on Friday to enquire about getting our winter flu & covid jabs. The receptionist was very helpful & we managed to get booked in for the next day (Saturday). We arrived well in time in case there was a problem with parking, we were greeted at the surgery door & directed to a room with two very cheery ladies who processed us both together. All done in a few minutes, back to the car before our allotted appointment times! Very impressed with the service. Lakeside managed to get something right at last!

A well managed clinic for flu/covid injections. Greeted by a helpful member of staff, waited a few minutes to be called in. Extremely friendly professional plus assistant given injection job done.

Though obtaining a face to face appointment was difficult, once obtained the service received, both at the reception desk and then with the doctor, was excellent. Doctor was caring, sympathetic and showed great empathy, ensuring I received the correct treatment.

I came on Saturday the 5th October for my flu and Covid injection I was met at the door and ask was I well and was i having both injections then I was asked to go to the room where it was done very quick staff really friendly and lovely all of them
