    Just moved from Cornwall to Stamford. Was worried about poor reports of this practice. Our service has been first class. My wife and i both had referrals and tests and a physical appt. No complaints and reception staff very helpful.

    One person on reception,20 people in the line, a good way to encourage poor behaviour to staff. Delt with very efficiently but sent to another facility to see a doctor. The computer system seems to be very slow or very long winded but upgrading to fibre optic may help, reception staff having to leave there possion to retrieve printout documents all points to poor administration of the practice. I do hope this small observation will help you to modernise and I am always available to assist should you need free advise. Thank you and regards John Dowding

    Saw a doctor on 9/2, prescribed nitrofurantoin despite asking for alternative due to previous bad reactions. Late, so took medication till Monday 12/2. Feeling really ill so went to surgery on 13/2, explained problem, was offered phone call with doctor. Doctor said that correct antibiotic had been prescribed and I should take it up with pharmacy. Superdrug said the prescription on 9/2 was for Nitrofurantoin and that they had received a prescription for Amoxicilin at 9am that morning (13/2)! Was this a result of my visit that morning? I am quite perturbed because I had a u.t.I. on 15/1, and despite indicating on accompanying form that I reacted badly to Nitrofurantoin, it was again prescribed and I had to go back yet again to get this changed. I was very happy with my visit to doctor on 9/2 and felt he had listened to my concerns. He suggested Amoxycilin as an alternative which is why I was so surprised not to receive it. The doctor who called me on 13/2 was adamant that Amoxycilin had been prescribed and that Superdrug needed to sort this out. I would be grateful if someone could explain why this happened

    Waited 2weeks to get an appointment but when seen excellent service from the doctor even with follow up phone call 7:30 at night unfortunately now with two hospital departments to see me which I hope is soon but fear the worst

    It takes so long to get a Doctor's appointment. Then when you do get a Doctor's appointment and you turn up on time. Somebody who's turned up late takes half an hour of your space with the Doctor.

    Doctor was excellent and immediately put into action several procedures and tests which are now ongoing and I am awaiting results. Also an appointment with Peterborough hospital has been arranged for Monday 26th February for a colonoscapy.

    Phoned on Monday morning and waited in the queue for approx Ihr. The operator explained that the earliest appointment available was for the following Monday. After explaining my urgency for painkillers , she was able to get me a telephone appointment for 15.00 same day. Doctor rang spot on time and dealt with my request immediately plus arranged blood tests to ensure all was OK.

    The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, setting up a treatment plan to address my worries. The staff at lakeside were excellent in ensuring that I received my antibiotics in time

    Was OK, the new system didn't help . I generated a request fir additional blood test to be added. It took a fair while to get that looked at , was told a GP would call then I got a request to say my appointment was at sheepmarket . So I travelled there only to discover it was a call appointment but messages weren't clear. Ladies were nice , everyone trying hard , just the small things matter and anything to save time. GP should have just read my request and messaged by email outcome .
