Phoned for an appointment on Monday afternoon and a very pleasant and helpful receptionist arranged for me to be seen on Tuesday afternoon, was very happy with the way I was treated .

As I've got older (menopause!) I have developed anxiety in healthcare settings - particularly blood pressure anxiety. The doctor I saw was kind, patient, listened and reassured me. I used the system online service which was wonderful as I was able to get a last minute appointment with the doctor. Thank you to this doctor, and also to all that work at Stamford Lakeside.

Since suffering from a painful arthritic knee I have found it very easy to obtain an appointment with a GP and have received the relevant advice, referrals and medication to help me.

Managed to get an appt via NHS app for a few days in the future at the stmarys's site, which was perfect for me. Spoke to lovely reception staff when I was there. The doctor was lovely, listened and showed a lot of care to my issue. Was booked in for a follow up appointment and then a follow up phone call for a few weeks time. No complaints at all.

Have had several minor problems, all of which were resolved efficiently an sensitively. The booking system was simple and quick. My transfer to Peterborough was quick. Altogether a Most satisfactory treatment. One difficulty only: Among the doctors there was one from overseas - I could not understand single word he said.

A face to face GP appointment. Getting the appointment did not take too long and receptionist was very helpful. GP answered my queries in a straightforward manner and and fully answered any queries. Also discussed ax recent X-ray in simple and easy to understand terms.
