Commendations to Lakeside for how they set up the annual flu/Covid jab process. Straight-forward to book after notification. In and out in about 3 minutes. Friendly and efficient. Bravo!

Attended for a flu and Covid 19 jab. No waiting, straight in at my appointment time. Well organised and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Very impressed.

Having turned up at the wrong site for my appt the incredibly helpful gentleman at reception could see I was in some distress with my breathing so he found a way for the practise to accommodate me. I was seen swiftly and with grace and understanding. Every effort made to ensure I got all the help needed. I couldn’t have asked for more and am hugely grateful for the kindness and compassion of the receptionist, Dr and nurse who all helped to take care of me. Thank you.

The flu and for me, covid, jab clinic on a Saturday morning at Sheepmarket Surgery was a swift and efficient experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Overall the appointment took only a few minutes from stepping through the door to leaving. My only thought would be to alter the description of the flu jab which was described as a "sharp scratch" - a misnomer as it was more like a nail being pushed into my upper arm, the needle was rather bigger than the covid jab! Overall a good experience. Thank you.

The whole process from booking appointment to receiving the vaccinations went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the friendly attitude of the staff members especially as they were very busy.
