It was my first visit to the practice. I phoned for a appt and was 34 in the queue I thought I would be in for a long wait but within 7mins my call was answered. I then visited the surgery and was impressed with how friendly the staff was. I was apprehensive about having to change surgery's and dragged it put abit, but wish I had done it sooner.

The doctor I saw was amazing, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I couldn't have the coil removed at this appointment but she booked me back in for a removal later this month.

Following a previous visit I was able to leave a great review unfortunately my experience this time was disappointing. I did not feel the Dr engaged with me and felt the appointment was rushed and shortened. I am still unsure of the follow up process of a test result I am waiting for.

My daughter saw gp on 21/08, gp was lovely, and really felt listened to. However after visiting 4 different pharmacies in Stamford, the last pharmacist we saw at Stamford pharmacy advised us the prescribed products (inhaler and attachment) weren’t even compatible and the chosen inhaler was not the usual one for a child. So then similar to our last appointment it’s the painful experience of rectifying this and getting the prescription amended. This happened last time about 1 month ago, wrong antibiotic dose was prescribed. Drs need to take more care, had the 4th pharmacist had not advised us we would have not had a clue as first time inhaler. Not great and a lot of our time wasted.

Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They listened and put together a plan for my treatment with a follow up promised.

I did not know who the person was or the status or role of the person I saw as the person did not tell me. I only assumed the person's name was the same as the name on the screen when I registered for my arrival. I expected the person would explain my blood test results in details and give some advise on dietary intake to reduce the risk of a stroke, cardiac vascular disease and type 2 diabetes which I was told I was at high risk of getting these. However I was advised to research these myself.

The whole experience I had with this doctor was very dissatisfying,he just wasn’t interested in anything I was saying and I left very disappointed

Telephone contact for appointment answered in 10 to 15 minutes. Face to face appointment made within 7 days. Very confident in the doctors examination and ongoing recommendations.

I was invited for a health review and booked my appointment at St Mary’s. The nurse conducting my review was friendly and answered all my questions. In particular the gentleman on the front reception desk was just lovely. Super friendly, respectful and full of information to help everyone. Only one issue which was the parking situation, particularly because there were so many work vans taking up valuable spaces.

I had a telephone appointment in July 2024 and I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the call I had with the doctor I spoke with. He made made feel very at ease making our conversation very productive, he listened to my concerns with patience and professionalism. I would have no hesitation recommending this doctor to anyone.
