I can't count how many access/confirmation codes were sent to me just to get registered, not to mention having to take a video of myself but I still can't access a nominated pharmacy. I dread to think how the elderly cope with this! Not a good system at all and not user friendly.

Thank you for your feedback on the system. Unfortunately the platform you appear to have been trying to access is the NHS England app which the practice has no "control" over as regards their requirements to register. We are currently looking at alternatives for online access which we hope will make things a lot simpler.

I was feeling pretty low due to some mental health issues that have arrised in my family live. The doctor was outstanding she had a strong sense of calm and compassion and left me with a sense of hope for the future thank you it made all the difference and especially at some a tender time of year

The toilet is clean ; receptionists helpful but found getting repeat prescription quite hard website says we must use the app not everyone has a mobile

All facilities are good except online access. Practice should have online access facilities. Getting appointments , interactions and support from GP is well appreciated and very helpful

Thank you for the nice feedback. We are aware thats as a practice our online access for appointment booking is not great and are currently in discussions to enable the facility later this year. Thanks again.

Helpful reception. Adequate Time with GP & not rushed. Follow up appointments made. What more can I say when I hear friends saying how difficult it is to get appointments at their own surgeries

Today I saw a great doctor he was very helpful and also very cheerful which is lovely to see. I was very pleased with not waiting around I was seen very quickly.

In general quite reasonable service but they have shut the website down at a weekend (16 Sept) when everything else is closed, while setting up a new site. They say "reopening Monday 20th". That date doesnt exist. Anybody with a little bit of sense would have got the new site up & checked that it was all working **before** closing the old site.

Absolutely appaling. Calling to get a simple refferal for an NHS pediatrician for my son and they tell me the doctor can only call me in 3 weeks time???? Complete joke, very rude staff, all in all awful.

I have to bring my elderly mother to the clinic here twice a week. We find that the cleanliness of ladies toilet is terrible the actual toilets always look unclean the floor looks awful really dirty with strips of veneer that have come away from the wall also the bin is always overflowing hand towels etc over the floor. I just feel that in a place where many people visit that are ill that cleanliness should be more of a priority. It needs a total steam clean. I wouldn’t like to think what the men’s toilet is like!
