I had an appointment which I booked on line via a link I was sent for a covid booster, I arrived at the Doctors in Kingston crescent on Saturday morning 8.55am to find the surgery close and there were 2 other people also waiting for covid booked appointments , one lady of 83 had taken two busses to attend her appointment she had made her appointment by telephone, after waiting half an hour we all gave up and left ?

Thank you for your feedback. We cancelled a clinic due to delivery changes, we did text or telephone the patients that this effected, but apologise if you were not aware. We will share this with our team and ensure this does not happen in the future.

Saw the nurse who called in doctor to review my problem. he prescribed medication which is clearing the problem. Very satisfied with treatment.

The surgery is very good,waiting area and organisation is also very good.The shared car parking area is rather congested and I would prefer to visit the Crookhorn surgery as it is local to me and I don't enjoy the driving experience in to Portsmouth .

I had an appointment for a Tetanus jab. Was seen early and was given a measles jab at the same time. No complaints

I booked in to my appointment via the log in system. I only waited 1 min before being called. The nurse was personable and chatty relaxing my nerves. I left after the appointment finished, a maximum of 10 mins.
