Visited the Chace Avenue surgery on 27th December 2023 to have my staples removed following a knee replacement. I was seen on time and by a very friendly nurse. The reception staff are always extremely helpful and polite.

Reception staff new I wante a face to face appointment with particular gp as I had enquired on several occasions. When appointment became available they phoned me to offer appointment which I did not expect and I appreciated that very much

Of good help to me because I was very desperate and was also becoming sucidial in a way but since I started with them av been introduced to some other care as crasac which has become a great help to my mental health

I came to the surgery for a blood test in October the lady was of poorly so I could not have a test but she dealt with me on the following day on her return amazing service the ladies on reception were fantastic only to helpful and assist me in anyway Many thanks Dr Kenyan Medical centre

All of the doctors, nurses & staff have been nothing but extremely helpful with my previous visits. There’s always a feeling of that extra care being provided & there’s never any rush to get your appointment finished with, very professional with a brilliant level of care to the patients.

I had taken my 5 year old daughter as she has been unwell for over a week. The Dr was dismissive and rude. He did not engage with my daughter or myself. Told me all of her observations were ok and that she has a viral infection with wax in her ears. She was extremely hot and when home her temp was 38.6. She is in agony with her ears that ‘have wax in’. I felt as though he thought we were wasting time. Not even a hello once entering the room. Not a nice experience at all.
