Surgery’s awful anyway but main problem this time was the doctor. The remarks about my weight were completely unnecessary, I’ve just grew an entire human and there is more to me than a body. Thanks xo

The staff at Kenyon medical centre are always helpful and try to solution when no appointments available. Seen the physio for my issue very helpful and was able to advise treatment.

Yesterday’s visit was poor, having been told it was an appointment then telephone call and then got neither. However normally this is a great practice to be with and over the last month they have been on hand and kept me updated whilst have I become ill. The doctors have been professional.

I have been at this practice for over a decade. I have encountered some of the most caring and lovely nurses that it is possible to imagine. They are experienced, thoughtful and moody importantly they differ from other nurses that I have seen because they treat you like a human. I have never felt like I am speaking to a walking questionnaire.

Have problems with ordering prescriptions and been declined from ordering at Medi-vare although myself and husband both have trouble walking husband falling and can not use app and only have one phone or get into surgery, so how can you say we do not meet your stats, plus both in our late 70 s. How can we take our medication if we can not order from Medi-care which is the only way we both can order

Good Afternoon Thank you for your review. As previously advised our preferred method for ordering repeat medication is via NHS App/Patient Access or in person at the surgery. However if a patient is deemed vulnerable or housebound they are able to order over the telephone or via the Pharmacy. I have visited about 4 times so far, I have found the doctors all very professional, caring, patient and thorougher in their work, I would give the doctors maximum stars for great work. However some of the ladies at reception at Chase avenue wud get 3 stars, they need to smile and try to be friendly with all patients. At one point one of them was clearly agitated by my presence.

I had to wait 45 minutes. Receptionist were rude even though the Dr apologised. Receptionist's was unhelpful and complicating when I wanted to update my address details. The Dr was thorough and courteous.

Took my 16weeks old baby on an appointment and I was attended to by a doctor who wouldn't even smile back at my baby or try to make her feel relaxed, he was answering my questions hurriedly like I was bothering him or something. I honestly wouldn't feel good leaving my baby in his care or have him attend to my baby ever again.
