The paramedic triage service provides excellent patient care. Kind, caring and thorough testing to give clear advice. It also means that precious doctor appointment time is not taken up with minor conditions that can be seen quickly by the paramedic.

The receptionist was very polite & helpful. I was booked a face to face consultation with a lovely nurse within the week. I was able to chat without feeling rushed & I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you.

Massively appreciate all the effort thats gone into patient care over the last 6months which has helped wuth getting appointments quicker. Same day triage calls and highly trained paramedics appointments meant i got to see a professional quickly and great to have the choices offered. Tablets review with a pharmacist was so easy and convienent as i didnt need to come into the surgey. Great to have so many options to see a health care professional .

Doctor was great listened to what i had to say, he also did my babys 8 week check and he was very thorough. He checked all limbs and was talking to me the whole time about what he was doing and checking for
