Doctor really listened to me. After a couple of visits my symptoms were still there. He sent me to the hospital to get a better insight as I was having chest pains. Really felt I was getting somewhere and I’m waiting for the outcome.

I felt that I was not believed with the pain I was having when he asked me questions he was looking at the monitor and not me so I had to ask him to repeat the question.

Spoke to a Dr regarding mental health and was met with respect and compassion. Best GP surgery I've used to date and lived in Coventry my whole life

Have had mixed experience at this doctor's but still a whole lot better than my last one. Would definitely stay with this one as some of the doctors are brilliant while some other staff are to put it bluntly a waste of space and need retraining in my opinion but this is just me.

Always get an appointment on the day. Clinical staff listen, are thorough in examinations and make prompt referrals where necessary.

Friendly staff. However, the Doctors never seem to stay very long. So if you are luckily enough to get a great Dr, the chances are a month or 2 later they have left which is a shame. You never seem to go into your appointment on time. Always running 15/20 behind, which is frustrating

However for continuity if requested we endeavour to put follow-up appointments in with the same clinician although this is dependent upon capacity of appointments on the specific date. Thank you to the reception staff at Chace, my anxiety makes me very emotional when talking to people and they are always very understanding. I was able to make an appointment albeit a week or so away and when attending the appointment was on time.

OK, doctor did make lots of notes & seemed pretty thorough. Decided to check up on me again in few weeks. Does seem to be different doctors each time I go.
