I visited the nurse for my health check and felt that she was genuinely interested in my work related stress levels. She offered alternative methods to consider to improve my wellness.

First time visit to this practice therefore I can only say that my appointment wasn't more than 5 mins late and the GP I saw was attentive and understood .I felt listened to and more confident in action being taken .

I was fitted in at very short notice to see the nurse, very grateful for that on a busy Monday morning. In and out in no time. I find staff at this practice do their best to help if you have a problem you need addressing quickly. It can’t be easy for them.

I'm the person who doesn't use practice very often, but I was sure if I needed any medical assistance, I could get easily gotten. I have a really bad back, which stops me from doing day to day work and responsibilities. I booked an appointment for the afternoon, and this appointment was canceled less than two hours before taking place via text message. Then, after I tried to find out what happened, I couldn't reach contact. Then someone finally phoned me and informed me that unfortunately my appointment was canceled but I can rearrange it but the nearest available appointment is available in two weeks' time. So I was left without any help,any advice, and massive back pain on my own. Also, I found out that in an emergency, I can search for advice elsewhere, but it will be a long awaiting time. I have to register myself with another practice because I am fed up with them.

I saw the nurse and she was lovely and very professional and polite. The receptionists are also very professional and polite as are the gp’s

Didn't actually have an appointment, phoned surgery day before to find out why I had been called in, didn't know, told would get phone call, no one phoned
