This Nurse is caring, kind, extremely knowledgeable & professional. She also listens which is an invaluable art. She is an asset to any GP practice, sorry she is leaving. One of a kind & so glad to have had an appointment.

I saw a GP to receive blood test results. The GP was thorough going through the results with me, detailing the steps we both needed to take and that the test would be repeated in 3 months to check on progress. I felt confident that she had everything in hand and I was getting the best advice to manage my health issues.

I requested a face to face appointment, got it in about one week ( could be better but compared with other GP clinics it is ok). The doctor listened to me, looked at my issue and offered me a solution quickly.

The doctor today was very helpful and efficient - I had several symptoms to explain and he welcomed and dealt with them all despite the time limitation. I was impressed. Memo to government - for their own sakes the doctors should not have to work all day at such high speed and intensity, it's not good or fair on anyone! Thank you Kenyon practice for your care despite this!
