Doctor was no help , could not understand me and I could not understand him properly. I left the surgery with no answers no help or advice and told to see another gp .

Got an appointment within a reasonable timescale. Received a steroid injection and the doctor was great, so professional and listened to my needs. She was very caring and it didn't hurt too much.

Cannot fault the communication from our doctors and prompt action on requesting exploratory scans etc to investigate my condition and relaying results and arranging follow up appointments with the relevant departments in the NHS.

The staff always go above and beyond the doctors take that extra bit of time and have so much compassion and understanding. My doctor has helped me out with ptsd, he helped me get back on my feet and pointed me in the right direction. Real family practice. The staff on reception are really nice aswell and will try and fit you in where they can. This surgery has a great nurse aswell who is lovely thank you all so much for your help
