Saw the Dr at Chace Avenue and she was so professional and understanding. She put me at ease instantly, listened to my concerns and reassured me. An asset to the practice.

My appointment lasted no more than a few minutes and I felt I was treated with a complete lack of empathy and was told my condition, Alzheimers, was progressive and nothing could be done about it. No suggestion of any further help offered, absolutely horrible appointment.

I saw my gp today. Logged in for my appointment with ease and was seen by my gp within 10 minutes which I thought was exceptional service.

The nurses and reception staff are really helpful and nice Not happy for the wait for senior doctors With a serious condition (AAA) I had no support from them and was continuing offered training doctors who didn’t even know what it was leaving me having to contact the Vascula nursing staff at on point I had 3 trainee doctors in a row and if I’d waited the 3 that I was offered for an appointment with the doctor I would have died fortunately the vascular team stepped in 2 weeks before the appointment with youI had an emergency operation before my AAA burst so I have no confidence with any GPs anymore when you have a AAA and are told the go to a pharmacist and when I asked what AAA was was told to google it you redemption is your other staff I’m alive no thanks to you appointment system and lack of patient empathy

The doctor I saw was kind and really listened. He didn't rush the consultation. I felt reassured. I came away with a clear plan.
