What appointment was within 14 days of asking. Check in was easy. The actual appointment was about 15 late. However the Doctor was communicative and very thorough. She was able to give me a satisfactory assessment within the hour of the appointment.

Had a Nurse Appt booked 2 weeks before . She was fantastic,a lovely lady who puts you at ease and gave me advice whilst with her. I was also able to make a Doctors Appt on my way out at Reception which is for the following week. Also I had a lovely lady on Reception who dealt with me and booked my Doctors Appt for next week ,she also put my mind at ease ref the Doctor I will be seeing .

My diabetic doctor has help me more in my short period with him then the 20 years I spent in London and has helped me to really get a good grip on my health and I am now going strength to strength with his help and support so thank you

Very short wait time, was able to get the referral I needed. Surprised there was no examination, just a series of questions to answer.

went for a blood pressure check with the nurse . She ieas very friendly and puts you at ease. Went in on time . Lovely to neet a nice bubbly person so early inthe morning

I had a telephone appointment today with a GP about the menopause and HRT. The Dr listened and took note of my experiences then talked me through my options. I was given clear informative informative and felt confident in my decision to start using HRT.

My file states I have to need a downstairs appointment, but still getting sent upstairs to see GP. I have a mobility problem also suffers with COPD

I was attended by a doctor and nurse , they clearly communicated the procedure I was under going, explaining the ups and downs of this procedure. They made sure I clearly understood before proceeding. The nurse and doctor spoke to me and engaged in conversation with me which made me feel more comfortable and relaxed (as Iam afraid of needles)
