Checked in fine, upstairs again (arthritis and heart failure), but I was seen within a few days so I guess that’s the price to pay. Nice Doctor who listened. Maybe not a solution, but taking steps in the hope of finding an answer. That’s good.

I was offered a telephone appointment at first but when asked about my condition the receptionist promptly made me a face to face appointment with a GP. This meant I was able to start a course of antibiotics promptly. Thank you for getting me seen so quickly.

I think this surgery is good in the fact that the receptionists are very polite and helpful and friendly and do everything they can to get you to see someone who can help you, I managed to get an appointment with the physio the following day who was brilliant, helpful and very knowledgeable about his job I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone

Appointment was in 3 weeks but it was not urgent. Seen on time and all the appropriate questions were asked Not intrusive felt comfortable.

My appointment was arranged with no fuss and the doctor was friendly and professional. Although the appointments were running late once seen the process was quick and resolved my issues.

I have been having a bad time with my breathing until I was offered a different inhaler. It's like having a new leese of life so thankyou. This latest appointment was a review and nurse was very helpful and supportive.

The doctor checked everything from the computer and talked to about them; after one week, she had a contact with me and asked about my health and my feeling and what activists i did during this.
