The nurse who is treating me is great, on the ball with the latest treatments for leg ulcers. This is all I can say about my treatment at present.

I was suffering from mouth ulcer from 2 weeks and booked the appointment to discuss with the GP and get some medicine to recover it faster. I was going through tremendous pain and not able to eat/drink properly from many days. But the GP is just saying it will self heal in a week or two and I have to give time for that. I mean, why? We all know sooner or later, our body can heal many symptoms. Then why these many NHS and medical has been established. We are paying a lot of amount as NHS tax, for self healing?? Why can't they provide some short of medicine to recover it faster? How I suppose to support my day to day activities without having proper food and going through this pain?? I can't simply take leave for a month for self healing of mouth ulcer. This is completely unacceptable and NHS has to work on how effectively they can address people concern. I completely hate the NHS system in UK. By paying enough tax monthly, we are not allowed to get proper medicine and medical advice.

Very professional doctors that listen attentively and strive to help with presenting problems . Although a very busy surgery; time was not an issue and all avenues/possibilities of finding a resolution was addressed.

I saw a GP for advice about a fairly serious operation. I was treated badly and was given no help, reassurance or medical insite . I was just told 'only god will know' When someone is scared , how is that of any help? Also on my notes she wrote she had gone through the procedure, it's risks and outcomes, that is a complete farce, she did no such thing at all. I love this surgery normally but this person had no bedside manner and really couldn't be bothered. I have a heart condition, she didn't even listen to it. Totally upset when I left.

I had to see a dr that is not my usual one so I was a bit nervous. She was absolutely lovely and friendly and put me at ease. She went above and beyond for me and I would always recommend kenyon medical centres

The doctor listened to me and referred me to counselling .I felt that I was listened to but I don't know if counselling will help.As I have health issues from chronic illness it is difficult to decide what I should discuss as well as depression.

The new doctor I saw this week was obviously new but I am a little disappointed. The reason I went was to scrape my knee with we think ciriasus and this didnt happen. I also felt he had to keep checking but feel a little frustrated as things have not moved forward for about 2 years .
