I was seen 5 minutes before my appointment time so no waiting. The doctor was very helpful. I was asked if I had a blood pressure machine at home and told to take my blood pressure for the next 7 days.

First time for a very long time I was able to make an appt at an appropriate time without cancellations. The nurse was very kind, gentle and understanding. She took out the clips and put butterfly stitches across the couple of small tears left from their extraction and covered it with a new dressing, to be kept on for a couple of days.

Recently had a routine health check with trainee nursing associate. She was excellent, very informative & efficient. Clearly very kind & caring nurse. I also interacted with reception staff who were really helpful & managed to sort both of my enquiries. As always, I found the practice & staff to be professional & helpful

Visited the website to complete the form telling the doctor what was wrong, they got back to me within minutes giving me an appointment time that was two days away. Visited the doctor & got a quick diagnosis (Perforated Eardrum), given instructions on how to proceed and when to contact them again with the outcome. Really efficient service, with smiling faces & a pleasant attitude all round. 10 out of 10.
