    I used the online chat to get a prescription, blood test and xray for my partner who had a fall. Everything was so quick and efficient. The staff at the counter are amazing. I am so grateful to be registered with this surgery and always feel relaxed in their care. Exceptional

    Are use the WhatsApp message group to let the ICO health clinic know that I was struggling with one of the health issues that I needed support with and to let them know that I wanted to speak to someone and the response I got was really helpful it was straightforward and they made sure I was who I said I was and it also let me know that this was a really good app to use to get in touch with the health clinic so that I wouldn’t be stuck on hold on the phone, just in case I couldn’t get through.

    I would recommend this doctors surgery as they have the ability to book appointments over a WhatsApp conversation, I find this more convenient than calling at 8am and waiting on hold for 20 minutes etc... Using this service has been prompt and so far reliable too. I look forward to further innovation to make seeing or speaking to a doctor a smooth, stress free experience for all.

    I’ve used the WhatsApp service on a few occasions now, I have found it to be an easier way of booking an appointment, rather than the 8am very long queues, which often result in you speaking to no one at all. What I found even better was being able to communicate with a GP directly, who helped me with my concerns without having to come in to the surgery, taking up valuable time for those who need a face to face appointment.

    I used to find it really difficult to get in touch with the GP to get medical care and advice - it put me off trying to get help. I hated waiting in the queue at 8am, often for over an hour, and then find there were no appointments and just get told to try another day. It was a really bad system. Now with this WhatsApp service I know I can contact whenever it's convenient to me and that my queries will be triaged and answered quickly. Also I really like that I can get an appointment this way for a future date at a time that works for me instead of having to take whatever is available and travel when I'm meant to be at work. Really hope they keep this service! Also, I like that I'm not rushed! GP appointments are so short, I feel with WhatsApp there's more time to think and add detail
