Reception staff are knowledgeable and efficient, always helpful and polite when providing assistance. I don’t live locally but feel sure that the practice are caring for Dad when he needs it in a friendly and patient manner. Thanks for all your efforts.

Ive been a member of this practice for a few years and gradually its been harder and harder to speak to someone, get an appointment etc. I think this is the same as most practices in the country. The new WhatsApp service they just launched is excellent! Sometimes you used to feel you were wasting the doctors time as it wasn't urgent, or someone else could sort the problem - and this is exactly what the WhatsApp allows you to do. I chatted to a nurse first, and they then organised a phone chat with the doctor that afternoon - my prescription was then delivered to the pharmacy. I really hope this is copied by more Gp practices as I think can be great for a lot of patients.

This service is brilliant, so very quick and efficient, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family, I needed to find out the results of my blood test and this service enabled me to get my results without having to make an appointment with the GP

Was able to get a same day appointment by using the the WhatsApp Service. The doctor called me within 10 minutes and was able to schedule me an appointment on the same day. The WhatsApp service is very handy and straight forward to use

I’m a new patient with this practice and used the WhatsApp service for the first time. It was really easy and I got a new prescription sorted and sent to my pharmacy in a few hours with just a small number of messages. Saved me waiting on the phone or having to go in.

I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the GP practice staff, they showed a lack of good customer service to me as a patient and then they decided to terminate the phone call when they cannot be bothered to listen to the patients concerns, to add insult to injury they feel justified in giving the patients their personal opinion which I do not view as professionalism.

Doctaly WhatsApp is the best and the quick response is just amazing. I would normally call the surgery to book an appointment but due to the long queue I sometimes get frustrated. So I decided to try Doctaly WhatsApp instead and to my surprise response was quick and I was given an appointment same day. This really made my day and the Gp was very nice and professional too. Well done. I recommend this service to people out there.

The virtual WhatsApp assistant is the best thing to have been introduced to ICO Health Group! It has made it so easy to book appointments, check results and get medical advice. Most importantly, you can get in touch with them during the day rather than being restricted to the 8am booking system and can even organise phone appointments if you're at work or out and can't do face to face. The doctors working on it are quick at responding and don't allow you to feel like you're suffering in silence. I would say it’s revolutionised the practice!
