    Managed to get an appointment !! The doctor I saw ! I said I had problems with my water works I had a water sample to my embarrassment she said elg put it in the sink I will check it later.. I was in icu the month later with sepsis ….

Upon reviewing your case, it appears that you were seen by our acute care team on 5th June 2023, during which antibiotics were prescribed to address your concerns with your waterworks. Following your visit, you were advised to schedule a follow-up review if your symptoms persisted or worsened. However, we have no record of any attempt made by you to book a follow-up appointment. Given the timeline provided, it seems that your hospital admission (08/08/23) occurred approximately two months after the treatment you received from us. While we understand the seriousness of your subsequent health issues, it's important to note that your admission took place well after the initial treatment, and we were not made aware of any ongoing symptoms or concerns during that time. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continually strive to improve our services and ensure the well-being of our patients. We sincerely apologise if there was any oversight on our part and would like to extend our assistance to address any unresolved issues or concerns you may have.     Although it took a while to get through to reception to book an appointment, once I was through the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and was able to book me in for an appointment that day. I then saw a very friendly and professional doctor who sorted me out there and then

    Although trying to get an appointment means staying on the phone for a long time,sometimes for up to an hr. I find the staff helpful and understanding,and usually able to offer an appointment

    I got the uncommon acne issues with the big pop outs over my face and was worried too much. Great practice and correct medication helps me to get acne reduced in my face and I am really relaxed now. Thanks to GP

    Always had excellent service. I am not one for attending face to face and prefer to do online requests etc. The app is great, I can book appointments, request medication etc... the review system is excellent, always on time and as I can monitor my blood pressure and Blood Glucose at home, I can just send in my readings. Blood tests are organised and I can see results as part of my medical records. Brilliant

    I rang for an appointment on 5th May and was helped by a lovely receptionist. He listened to my request for a female gp and sorted an appointment. He was extremely friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 8.50 and the GP was attentive and put me at ease despite the worries I had. I appreciate that you request no identifying information is included but I also hope that you can ensure that the staff involved get the recognition they deserve. They are a credit to your surgery

    Thank you so much! From the person that took my call, to the receptionist that checked me in and the Doctor that saw me- I cannot fault how I was dealt with today! I was clearly nervous as I knew I needed an examination, the Doctor put me at ease straight away. The call back option on the phone this morning was convenient. The call handler asked about my symptoms and was aware that I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Nice to have a positive experience when coming to the GP
