I filled in the e consult form. I received a text telling me when a doctor would phone me. She phoned when the surgery said she would. She said I should come in and see a doctor face to face. I received a text the next day with an appointment time. Everything went smoothly. Excellent service.

I requested an appointment via the practice website. I received a text message the same day confirming an appointment with a doctor in five days time. The doctor saw me at the appointment time. The service worked very well.

After two weeks of phoning and completing online consultation forms finally got to see a GP who confirmed that I had high blood pressure.

The whole process was easy, I put in a request and had a call from the doctor that week, the doctor scheduled an in person appointment for a few days time and then I was seen promptly and necessary follow ups were arranged. The service i received from the doctor I saw was without fault and unlike many other experiences at other practices I have no complaints and left feeling more positive than ever. Would absolutely reccomend

OK, I got an appointment but the days of phoning for a same day appointment are evidently over. Having attended the surgery recently, I wonder where the all patients have gone. There was only one other person there waiting to see a doctor. It would appear that appointments are so strictly rationed these days that hardly anyone gets an appointment. In days gone by, there would be dozens of people in the waiting area. What has happened?

We are sorry to hear that you believe our appointments are rationed, however if you would like to get in contact with the practice we are more than happy to share our appointment data which shows an increase in Face to Face appointments. We also proud to have a large multidisciplinary team which support all our patients so it is not always necessary for a patient to require a doctors appointment, again I am more than happy to explain new ways of working. I have been so pleased with the care I have received , my requests are always dealt with quickly and positively , I have no problems with prescription or appointment requests staff are so happy and obviously enjoy their work , nothing is too much trouble and I have nothing but praise . This has to be one of the best practices in the country . Well done all .
