I was seen by 2 doctors as I had only been there 2 days. The experience was brilliant as they were both very polite but also very thorough. The whole experience was very satisfying and would recommend the practice and all staff very highly.

I was offered a pharmacist call to assess my prescription medication. After explaining that I had cancelled the two I had been taking, it just seemed like an admin process. There was no queries as to why I had stopped nor follow up process. It would have been helpful to offer / receive feedback from the pharmacist or a doctor. Otherwise I saw little point in the call which I had already confirmed via a form I had completed

I had an asthma review this week and the nurse was superb. She listened thoroughly and understood what I needed. I’m grateful for how well she treated me.

This was a follow up appointment which went well. I also had another problem which was looked at thoroughly. The dr was helpful, informative , and easy to talk to and helped with what to do next. I appreciated the time she took to explain things and her kind manner.

Saw the healthcare assistant for bloods. I had abscess on my leg and I needed the dressing changing. Even though I wasn't booked in for that, she changed the dressing for me.

I needed a shingles vaccination. I rang, got an appointment within two days, good check-in system, very little wait on arrival, saw a very friendly and likeable nurse who gave good information and advice. A very good experience all round.

I attended the Hollies to have a blood sample taken. The HCA saw me promptly and was very efficient and friendly. As always when visiting the Hollies, a most pleasurable experience.

Had a telephone appointment with Dr, i felt listened to and he was very thorough in sending me for blood tests etc, only slight difficulty was that i went to RHH for bloods but I hadn’t been informed (text message from GP) that I needed fasting bloods, so had to leave and go back. Please let patients know if they are supposed to fast before going for their blood tests. Otherwise my actual experience of consultation with Dr was fine.

The nurse; although running extremely late for my appointment was most apologetic. I felt that the nurse knew her subject, actively listened to me, gave me options and a timeframe to work with the given information. I appreciate medics who are analytical and not too quick to offer a pill.
