    I am really delighted with swift service of NHS, my sincere best wishes & thanks to the entire NHS team and i would appreciate if they reduce the waiting time in every department in NHS hospitals, specially to the critical / chronic cases which suppose to handle on priority basis.

    Dear patient, thanks for the feedback and for the kind comments. In fact the government has just launched a new service called Patient Choice, which will allow patients to have much more choice on where and when they are seen, when they're referred to hospital. Hopefully it will even out the capacity across hospitals and thereby reduce waiting times!     i had a very bad experiences with this practice. my child had few skin issues, we called many times to get the appointment, they just kept rejected. then they asked to send the picture, they dont even care.never gave the appointments till date. second incident was for myself, i had a very low vit-D and high cholestrol levels. i need to do one blood test to check for my sugar levels and vit-d. but they directly rejected and said , if u r not well , visit a&e. how can you say , by talking to a person if his cholestrol, vit-d is fine withoutout doing tests. really a terrible practice. i am not sure how nhs allows these gp's to function.

    The GP was quick to respond back to an issue I had with my face and neck pigmentation. I have always found the GP, Clinicians and the reception staff very kind, polite and helpful. Keep up the good work.

    I've been very pleased to have a telephone discussion with the pharmacist regarding my medication, he has been very responsive and helpful. I am very grateful to everyone at the surgery for being so efficient with the supply of my repeat prescriptions. Thankyou.

    Practice is supposed to be open from 8 am but I kept calling the number of their website (020 8630 1111) but until 8:31 am (now) it keeps saying that the practise is currently closed. Very frustrating when seeking an appointment for our sick who had been sick and couldn't sleep all night

    The staff is very friendly n supportive...I called because my medication this morning and the boy in the reception was so helpful that he solved my issue and sent my medication as soon as possible.

    Surgery doesnt accept bookings over countet in person and their way of taking appointments is by 8 am to 10 am only which is just ridaculous since i have pain in face and nobody is bothering to look at it. Really poor

    Dear Patient, thanks for leaving your feedback. Please could you email us at manager.hiyos@nhs.net with your name and date of birth and we can look into your concern further? At the moment, the vast majority of our patients receive direct advice from a clinician, or a face to face appointment if appropriate, if they call between 8 and 10am. We can have upwards of 300 calls daily during that period, but we do our best to provide access to our clinicians on the same day through this process. We do also have an online messaging system is generally found to be very efficient and if a patient clearly requires an urgent appointment we try our best to accommodate. We know, though, that waiting times on the phone can be too long and so we're currently looking into improving the efficiency of our appointment booking service. We will keep you posted.
