I’ve been with Francis Grove (previously Queens Road) for 34 years now and have always had a superb service from all staff. I called on Monday morning, had an appointment 2 hours later and an x Ray half an hour after that. Exceptional

I emailed a query and had a response within an hour and a call from the GP the next day. We discussed my test results and my home blood pressure readings and agreed a way forward.

I sought advice on the options available to me about a forthcoming YAG procedure but the GP I saw acknowledged that I knew more than they did. I really wanted information about waiting times for the various options, but no information was available. I have subsequently given up on the NHS and gone private.

This review is in regard to the excellent support and treatment I received following my fall whilst on Holiday. The care and support I received was provided by one of the excellent Practice Nurses and a brilliant trainee who was on placement. This care was consistently excellent over this period.

The appointment was on time and the member of staff was very polite, re-assuring, attentive and very careful. They explained what they were going to do and then proceeded.

All the staff which I came into contact to really helped and cared for me. From the receptionist who guided me through the website to booked an online appointment, to the nurse who made me feel relaxed and listened to. It is very hard to find a good GP currently however I am glad I chose this one to be mine.

I was given a timely appointment (within 4 days) using the website appointment request system. Got to see the doctor I wanted to discuss an ongoing problem I had talked with them about a year ago. As always the GP was attentive and thorough and is sending me for blood tests with the results to be reviewed in about a week with the same doctor. . A very satisfactory consultation from my point of view.
