    The practice is always very communicative and helpful. They send plenty of reminders for appointments which is great, they are quick to call and make sure appointment times work for the patient and quick to communicate if anything needs to be changed with appointment times. I never have to chase for information, everything is always easily available and they have great communication with hospitals and my psychiatrist to ensure my documentation and patient records are kept up to date. My GP is also very helpful, clear, and keen to help. My last visit regarding my ADHD was helpful and he was keen to set up a shared care agreement to ensure I get the best care and easiest access to my medication. There are also never any delays when I need to refill my prescriptions. I think they are a great practice and I feel lucky to be their patient.

    I went in to see one of the practice nurses for a test and she was friendly, professional, clear when helping me understand what was going on and setting expectations and took time to remind me about and talk through other related health questions that came up on the system. This was for a regular test; booking it was quick and easy as the practice sent me a link with different appointment options which made it easy to decide around around my schedule.

    I felt undercut by the doctor who treated me; she did not listen to me and was smirking when I tried to explain what was wrong with me. While not all surgeons operate in this manner, the one performing this clinic was not professional.

    The GP carried out a number of examinations of the condition I went to the surgery about and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. He also took time to discuss a secondary issue that was of concern to me.

    Had blood test to check steroid induced diabetes Diabetes nurse I saw was very reassuring and professional in looking after me explaining that I need to have the level of diabetes check every week while on steroids. From the lovely diabetic nurse to receptionist and doctors every one seems to go out of their way to help you. Thank you E7Health

    The health care person we saw was absolutely lovely and helpful and thorough and spent plenty of time. However the fact that I had to make 2 separate appointments one for diabetics annual review and one for diabetes foot check when it could have been one appointment was the start of the stress caused. We then had to collect a urine pot which can’t be dealt with then and there it had to be returned the next day, I had to make separate appointments for blood tests but go to newham hospital and potentially wait for another appointment for someone to cut her long toenails. For an 87 year old who with dementia this is an impossible task, why can the system not deal with all of this together in the same place at the same time. In addition to the fact there’s nowhere to park so have to get taxis there and back. The whole system is making it really difficult to attend appointments, continuous requests to complete questionnaires is a real headache

We apologise for any stress caused by the need for multiple appointments; our team should have offered a double appointment slot to ensure that both the review and foot check could be completed together. We sincerely apologise that this option wasn't presented to you. We are also sorry that it was an inconvenience that you had to return the urine pot the next day; unfortunately, we are bound by the courier collection times for urine and other samples as they are collected every morning to be taken to the lab and we are not currently able to store these samples overnight. Your concerns about the process for sample drop offs, blood tests and toenail care have been duly noted. We will review these comments with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and to streamline processes wherever possible. We are committed to making necessary adjustments to enhance the overall experience, particularly for our older and vulnerable patients.     My GP practice is phenomenal the whole Team starting with the care consideration and dignity afforded to patients by the reception and office team. Every GP I have seen is really professional my regular GP has helped me remove self stigma around my mental health as well as restore dignity and self esteem. He is always thorough, polite, highly professional and skilled in all areas and exceptionally so with mental heath. I feel seen, understood, heard and cared for with dignity as a equal human being. If I have another health issue I can raise it with him and I am sent for checksups, the latest of which found a potentially life threatening aneurism which would never have been found had the test on another area not been done. I owe my recovery and possibly even my life to my GP and the practice team as many men are not cared for to this extent and take their own lives; the biggest killer of men my age in the UK. They are priceless and deserve awards for their professionalism and care.
