    I have been trying to book an appointment on behalf of my mother and it is impossible. My mother had been in pain for a few days but the pain intensified on the weekend, she therefore was trying to book an appointment for the beginning of the week - however due to it being the weekend, the online form provided to book an appointment doesn't give us the option of booking an appointment for the week as its 'outside core hours' instead it points us to either try 111 or make our way to the urgent care centre at our nearest hospital. The issue with this is it doesn't make it easy for someone older to get hold of doctor's advice when they really need it. It is also so longwinded a process that it puts people off wanting to ask for help - which is fine for younger people but definitely a concern for older people who may be hesitant if they are unfamiliar and don't want to be a burden. Either way, it's not good enough enough. It feels like you have to fight to speak to a doctor.

    Dear Tia, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us regarding the difficulty in booking an appointment for your mother over the weekend. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note that our online forms are closed over the weekend and overnight as our surgery operates within core hours. General Practice is not a 24-hour service, and during weekends, NHS 111 and Out of Hours services are available to support our patients outside of our surgery’s regular weekday hours. We understand your frustration and want to emphasise that our online booking system aims to provide a convenient way for patients to schedule appointments with just four optional free-text questions. This is intended to be more accessible than traditional phone booking methods, particularly for those who may find early morning phone calls challenging. To better assist you and your mother, we also offer personalised 1:1 online form support. If you are interested, please reach out to our team, and we can schedule a session with our digital support team to assist you further.     My doctor is very through, he explain to me his action, he is very clear and he make it simple for me to understand, he always sees me in time, simply I feel safe and well looked after, thank you NHS for providing brilliant dedicated doctor like the doctor I see in lord lister.

    I was in a predicament with a sore leg. I completed the online form , sent photographs and waited all day for the phone appointment which didn't come in the allocated times. Finally it did and I was absolutely relieved with the phone diagnosis then an urgent next day physical appt

    I visited earlier this year for some anti natal and post-natal appointments. I was able to get appointments quickly and speak to real people on the phone on reception without much of a wait. The care i received from the GPs was excellent. Caring and considerate of what I’d been through. Putting my mind at ease and helping with a care plan for my baby’s skin conditions/s and some concerns I had about myself. Wonderful!

    I was able to get an appointment within 2 days for my baby’s suspected ear infection. My appointment was on time and the GP was extremely thorough and also went the extra mile to confirm my baby’s vaccine schedule and discuss some queries I had. My baby was thoroughly checked over and kept happy throughout the checks over her little body. The GP was excellent, kind and even made sure I didn’t leave my baby’s hat behind! I also got a referral squeezed in for myself which was a relief. Very happy!

    I had my baby vaccinated here recently and the nurse answered my questions by calling on her breadth of knowledge (both professional and personal). Her bedside manner with my baby was excellent. She was interested in following up with me as I had been out of the country for a number of months and had vaccines elsewhere. This really shows the NHS cares. I was impressed! Lovely! Nice, large clean room too! Friendly staff in general (reception etc). Sign in process at reception: I couldn’t find anywhere else to leave this feedback but the touch screen to sign in when I arrived at my appointment only allowed me to enter the birth date - it wouldn’t work when I got to the postcode. There’s no ‘delete/backspace’ button for that screen and it wouldn’t accept the letters I was pressing… so if you make a mistake (easy cause the touchscreen doesn’t work properly - then there’s not much you can do) so then I had to queue at reception which was held up with a number of people who couldn’t communicate in English (reception staff was very friendly but I felt for them as this must be frustrating)…

    As we went to see the Consultant for good advice. The consultant didn't try to take consideration in what what we try to explain to her about the health issues with my Child. The consultant didn't give our entitled time scale to explain and to make sure that we understood and nothing to worry about. But still there's doubts about my child's health due to our family health history. I am not how the consultants work or if there's any limitations for them to clarify our concerns at that time of visit.

    I am 76 years man with issue related my pain of hip joint. My mobility is very important, I was given full support to fixed my problem. The only thing the practice Doctor can do is to refer me for X-rays or MRI images which I think they should be able to do. To avoid delay to address my issue. Please add this to their services. Thanks
