    I called 8am to ask a same day telephone appointment. They told me that they don’t do that and they got my details so they can send me a link to write the reason why I need to speak to a doctor and from then in 2 days they will contact me to book an appointment! When I ask if it is a quicker way to get medical help they advise me to call the emergency 111!!!!! I said that this is for emergencies but the staff responded that this is the only way!!! The morning after I receive a link for a telephone appointment.I tried the option to meet with any doctor in order to get the quickest option. The earliest appointment was 30 days later! I understand the difficulties that they could have but that way of booking appointments is really new low standards!!!!

You can also specify your preference for a telephone or face-to-face appointment in the form. We apologise that we did not have an on-the-day appointment available on this occasion. These appointments are typically reserved for urgent cases. Our team is not an emergency service, so if you feel you need immediate attention, we would direct you to call 111 or visit A&E who can help with this. This helps us ensure that all patients receive the appropriate level of care in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we are working to improve our booking system to better serve all our patients. If you have any further concerns or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our management team who will be happy to discuss your concerns further so that we can better support you in future.     I found the receptionist very helpful especially as I am not familiar with all the new technologies of today. The Doctor I saw was pleasant supportive and an excellent listener. I would recommend him to all of my colleagues/ friends/ relations. Overall I felt good in myself as he explained all of my health queries. Excellent Doctor . X the best x

    I have been called to have face to face consultation, my doctor explained the result to me then explained his next step forward. My doctor gone back to read some old medical reports, then he decided to investigate further to insure that I am clear from any doubts disease, I strongly feel that my doctor is a through and caring doctor.
