    As above, listened to my concerns about my arthritis in right knee which was confirmed by X-ray. Just waiting to hear about injection in that joint.

    Disgraceful. I asked about the results for my heart check. Few good minutes they told me "no", No record, no result. I left but I turned. I knew it's something wrong. I explained them again that all the details about the hospital appointment I have them from the desk, not letter or text, time, place,date. " The data has gone " I've been told. In 21 century?!? In the end they find the hospital test result, but I couldn't have it. Please rise your professional standard. It's unexptable. The secrecy of my own health is ridiculous. Do your job, that's all I ask. No test result, but if you insist they will find it. Ridiculous! I really hope that my heart is good enough until 28 of December when someone will bother to explain the result. Do you ackt in the same way always? If yes that's a tragedy.

    Trying to raise a change in my perscription that I was not consulted on. Filled out forms 3 times.. text response did not answer query. After ringing , the so called receptionist was rude, when I said I thought it might be an admin error, eventually promised me a phone call , from , I hope a doctor, I never see the same one twice, to discuss any changes in my repeat perscriptions. Arrogance seems to be the watchword with the receptionists at this surgery. Impossible to try and get a face to face consultation.

    Never been disappointed, love the surgery, great care, though appointment (due to being crowded) has gone bit difficult but still they try to manage, give response to every enquiry though it's little .. Thanks guys
