    Appointment was very quick after a short stay in hospital with infection. Referee me to Asthma clinic. Dr S was amazing, aught me how to use the in hailer Pump properly. Arranged to see me again in 4 weeks for follow up.

    Being a vulnerable patient I could make a telephone appointment this is very important to an older person Doctors listen to all symptoms very patiently Didn't feel like I was rushed And tests were booked for me This is a brilliant practice with very caring doctors

    Long waiting times to get an appointments and then a lot of waiting to be seen, even when you are on time. Even with a baby I waited over 40minutes to be seen by nurse.

    I and my family were able to have a very good doctor, that gives listening hear and empathy. I appreciated the way the doctor attended to my son and his wonderful suggestions concerning his suitation and his promise to follow it up. He earned my trust.

    I waited 25 minutes and then I left because I have to be home by a certain time to let my children in. She did not even come out at all. I was so disappointed

    The staff at the GP are lovely and they try their best to help. I had an appointment this week and I was seen immediately. When you walk in, there is a screen next to the reception where you would check in, which I think is very helpful and convenient. I had an appointment with a practice nurse and the care I received was excellent and I cannot find fault.

    Relatively easily I submitted my symptoms to the online portal. I was called the same day and given an appointment that day as well. The GP I saw was extremely helpful. I have been having knee problems for years, and he looked at my scans and gave his take on it. He had a theory as to why I was experiencing so much pain, and after thinking about it, it makes so much sense to me. I suspect he’ll be correct. Anyways, will know when I see the specialist. He was genuinely concerned about my welfare, and booked me an appointment to see a knee specialist. Honestly it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a GP. 10/10 would recommend.
