Relatively easily I submitted my symptoms to the online portal. I was called the same day and given an appointment that day as well. The GP I saw was extremely helpful. I have been having knee problems for years, and he looked at my scans and gave his take on it. He had a theory as to why I was experiencing so much pain, and after thinking about it, it makes so much sense to me. I suspect he’ll be correct. Anyways, will know when I see the specialist. He was genuinely concerned about my welfare, and booked me an appointment to see a knee specialist. Honestly it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a GP. 10/10 would recommend.

I gave short notice to get a repeat prescription before going away and the receptionists ensured I got it by the end of the day. Very much appreciated!

I saw the nurse for my babies immunisation. She was kind, friendly and attentive. She explained what the immunisations were for and was gentle with my baby.

Quick health check. No cholesterol test but had one last time, more than 5 years ago. Questions asked phrased in such a way that check resulted in my lifestyle showing that I was inactive though I walk 6 miles (13000 steps) daily. I do not cycle or attend gym but walk to/from work, own a dog and exercise through walking more than most people

Hardly no appointment available Hard to get repeat prescription What is the point having a GP when I can't get my repeat prescription and zero chance talk to the doctor for my repeats.

I've been registered with this GP surgery for the past five years, and my experience has been consistently positive throughout. From the moment I joined, the guidance on accessing services was clear and straightforward, making it easy to navigate their system. One of the standout features of this surgery is how easy it is to get through on the phone. The receptionists are always kind, treating patients with respect and taking the time to offer thoughtful solutions. Whether it's a query about an appointment or a request for information, they are always willing to help, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way. Appointments here are never rushed, allowing ample time to discuss all your concerns without feeling hurried. My most recent experience was particularly noteworthy. The receptionist was welcoming and available, providing me with the necessary information immediately and with a smile. During my appointment, the doctor demonstrated exceptional care. They were patient, empathetic, and truly listened to everything I had to say. Their knowledge was evident as they offered valuable information while ensuring that I felt comfortable and respected in making my own choices about my care. Overall, I highly recommend this GP surgery. The staff's professionalism, combined with their genuine care for patients, has made my experience here excellent from day one.

I recently attended with my child who was making an occasional wheezing sound when playing. I saw an excellent doctor, with a kind approach who was very thorough in her exploration of the noise, including seeking a second opinion from another doctor as well as an examination of my child and review of the video I had taken of her making the noise. I didn’t need to wait long for the appointment and all the staff were friendly - a lovely practice. Excellent!
