As a vulnerable person, l don’t think l should go online to book to request to see a doctor. I feel whenever l call reception to see the doctor, they should give me appointment to see the GP while l am on the phone with them. Thanks

GP I have seen was the worst Gp ever. Extremely rude and he doesn’t have any manners at all. Gp didn’t listen to my health problems nor let me talk appointment last less than 4 mins and he said twice I needs leave now his next patient is waiting and if I don’t leave his patient will shoutout to him this is unacceptable and kinda abusive from a Gp. I wax about to make a formal complaint to the practice manager and to the parliamentary health and ombudsman. You must remove this Gp from your practice!

Appointment was very quick after a short stay in hospital with infection. Referee me to Asthma clinic. Dr S was amazing, aught me how to use the in hailer Pump properly. Arranged to see me again in 4 weeks for follow up.

Being a vulnerable patient I could make a telephone appointment this is very important to an older person Doctors listen to all symptoms very patiently Didn't feel like I was rushed And tests were booked for me This is a brilliant practice with very caring doctors

Long waiting times to get an appointments and then a lot of waiting to be seen, even when you are on time. Even with a baby I waited over 40minutes to be seen by nurse.

I and my family were able to have a very good doctor, that gives listening hear and empathy. I appreciated the way the doctor attended to my son and his wonderful suggestions concerning his suitation and his promise to follow it up. He earned my trust.
