    I was delayed for 30 mins for my blood test. Normally they allow only 15 mins. The young lady at the table near blood test unit understood my problem and booked me in for test instead of rebooking for another appointment.. I was so happy that day for such a service

However, it seems there might be a confusion, as your review mentions a blood test delay and our practice typically does not have a blood test unit. If this review is intended for the service located on the ground floor of the medical centre, we recommend directing your positive comments to that specific department.     This is my second feedback, given how easy they have made looking after two young kids' medical needs and staying on top of their medical records. Nothing is too much for the practice team; no question is silly or obvious. They will guide you with care and empathy. They helped me link my kids' medical profile to my own profile with the NHS app; now, I don't have to worry about immunisation records, appointment/hospital letters, or test results; everything is there. I want to say thank you for relating my problem and, above all, resolving it so quickly.

    Recently my wife faced some problems on her leg and tried to get an appointment to see the doctor. This the very first time she wants an appointment after registered with this gp for the last 15 months. We completed their online form, they replied via text to go to hospital if it is severe! I called them, and explain her situation, as usual they ignored the query and advised to go to the hospital. Similar type of response I got few months ago. If they find any minor health issue, they don’t response or suggest to go the pharmacy. If anything severe, they advise to go to the Hospital! Can anyone tell me, why we need to be registered with a gp, if we don’t get any service from them?

    Frustrating system where you complete a triage form based on the content someone decides whether a call or a face to face is needed. Most often you get a call 3wks later by a clinician who says they need to see you well duh. Then you wait a further 3wks for a face to face. Process needs to be better

Our aim is to provide efficient and timely healthcare services to all of our patients. We have a dedicated Digital team that reviews our online triage forms aiming to allocate appointments and respond to patients within 48 hours of the form being submitted. We acknowledge that the current system may not always meet expectations and we are continuously working on improvements to our service. We want to highlight that patients can specify their preference for a face-to-face or telephone appointment by outlining their request in the online form. The Digital team carefully considers these preferences while making appointments; however, if a suitable appointment with our clinicians cannot be allocated within a reasonable time frame, our team may signpost you to alternative services, such as A&E, 111 or a local pharmacy, to ensure your health needs are met promptly. We really value your input. Your comments will be instrumental in reviewing and refining our processes. If you have specific suggestions or further details you'd like to share, please feel free to contact our Assistant Practice Manager, Halima to discuss them further.     A lovely gentlemen helped me track down a lost prescription and take the steps to replace it and called me back as he said he would! It was a welcomed conclusion to a series of frustrating calls between the practice and pharmacy. Thanks very much for the excellent service!

    I’m so upset I didn’t take her name but I was in a dire situation where I couldn’t get antibiotics and the lovely young lady at reception took my details and did everything she promised to do. I spoke to her on 12th June 2023 at 18:10. She is a credit to church road surgery. I now have antibiotics for my chest infection after being in pain for over a week. Thank you
