The doctor seen us was really friendly and listened us very patiently. I told my concern and he was very supportive throughout the appointment time. He checked and given us assurance that not to worry about our condition, which really valuable to us. Overall we had a great experience on that day. However, some other areas ( communication with the patients about test results or booking appointments) could have been improved.

Efficient, fast and professional, the receptionists are extremely helpful above and beyond. The only Doctor I saw, is very caring / attentive and unbelievably understanding. Everyone seems to be totally competent and on top of their game, from the person taking blood to the pharmacist. Hope it doesn’t change.

I have been struggling to get an appointment with my GP using the online forms. As this is not an emergency’s I do not wish to take up A&E time unnecessarily. Not being able to make an appointment at the counter is delaying things further.. I hope this can be imlroved

I was late with my appointment for twenty minutes upon reaching the practice I explained the situation I was in and the receptionist was very understand and allowed me to see the doctor.

the doctor was extremely kind, she also assigned me a translation because I don't speak English well, she explained the situation and prescribed treatment, I also asked for help with another problem with frequent urination, she prescribed a test and prescribed medication and exercises.

I felt listened to and taken seriously by my gp, there was plenty of time given for my consultation I never felt rushed. I was given clear breakdown of my health and listened to about any concerns.

My experience with the gp is very good, I filled the form in the morning and got the appointment urgently in the afternoon it was good, always get the appointment on time and treated well.thank you always for your help.

The doctor did some investigation exercises, I did not believe myself, but my left hand became more useful and much less pain.

The Clinical Pharmacist which I had e recent interaction with was fantastic, explained everything clearly and offered great advice, well done ! The Reception Staff unfortunately really seem to have a chip on their shoulder and really need training on how to interact with people, not only with me but with others as I witnessed when I was waiting to be seen
