I needed to contact my grandmother’s GP, as she took a turn for the worse while I was caring for her. I could not have asked to speak to better healthcare professionals. From the wonderful woman who triaged the request and reassured me, to the kind GP who called us back so quickly, we received really excellent, compassionate treatment. And I might add - all during one of the busiest months for GP surgeries. Thank you - very grateful!

I have always found the practice to be excellent in its coordination of disciplines. For example they follow up blood tests/consultations/referrals very efficiently. I've also found that the waiting time is minimal and they are extremely efficient at ensuring that prescriptions are ready and referrals to other disciplines happen quickly. For example, I've had some rheumatic problems recently and have been referred to physiotherapy within the practice and at the cranleigh hospital within a matter of days. There is a sense of order and composure in the surgery that belies the fact that this is a busy NHS practice. I find the GPs always have time for consultation and I never feel rushed. The reception staff are extremely helpful and cheerful. All in all I think this is well run, highly competent and operation. Finally - and this is demonstrative of the views I hold about the Practice- some years ago, when both my parents were living with me - one suffering from dementia and the other from Alzheimer's - the care and support I received from the GPs and the community nurses, based at the practice, was second to none. This enabled my parents to stay with me until the end and I shall be forever grateful for this. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

I'm always contacted so quickly either for myself or my daughter. I'm very impressed... always offered withe face to face or telephone apt extremely quickly with the gp that I ask for. We are very lucky to have such a great practice on our doorstep. All staff are so polite and helpful.

I woke up with a possible infection so I completed the online form at 8am. I received a phone call at 8.06am offering me an appointment at 09.15am. I was seen promptly at the allotted time and was prescribed antibiotics. I picked them up from the chemist and took the first one at 09.30am. Excellent prompt treatment. Thanks to all involved

I was feeling really I’ll with a kidney infection, I tried phoning but I was placed in a queue, so I filled an on-line form which was very easy to do, a doctor phoned me in about 10mins and I received excellent care.

I am fortunately not someone who has needed to visit the doctor on a regular basis. That changed recently and after being referred for a scan by a doctor at the Wonersh surgery I went for my results of this continuing problem at Cranleigh medical practice. I have now attended the practice on two occasions and cannot speak highly enough of it. My main praise must go to the doctor who dealt with my issue. He was extremely professional, listened and gave reassuring advice. I felt that my reason for attending was being given his complete attention. Highly recommended.

This is not the first time I have received outstanding care from this practice. The receptionists are helpful and polite and willing to help direct you to the busy doctors when required, or take thorough messages to pass on. The online system is efficient (and in my option improved now it’s not so long!) and allows you to be directed to the appropriate person - whether that be a nurse, paramedic or GP. My most recent experience meant I’d seen a specialist within 24 hours of referral from the GP and then a follow up call from the GP the next day. Exceptional service and a very grateful patient.
