I asked for a f/f appointment at 8am and I was seen at 9.30 am on the same day. The doctor couldn’t have been nicer. She listened without rushing me, was very patient with me. We went through my problems and she was able to find the crux of the issues affecting me. Not all the doctors are as considerate as the one who had seen me, she was brilliant with me. Simple words are not enough to express my gratitude to her.

I went and booked a tele app yesterday at 8 am. At 810 I had a phone call and was asked to go to the surgery. This is excellent in my opinion. Over the years I have had a few health problems and I have always received this service. Would recommend these doctors without hesitation .

My wife and I have recently had occasion to use the practice more frequently and over the past couple of weeks and our doctor has been most accommodating to our needs. Especially as she had to deal with an issue over medication.

Never any appointments, if your lucky to get an appointment it’s for a weeks time,far too many patients on their books but they keep taking more. Big reception area but no patients are ever there,only staff behind the counter. Minimum amount of doctors working but mostly it’s only telephone consultations. This is why the accident and emergency at Croydon Hospital is always full because people can’t get treatment any more so have to go there instead.

Had a phone consultation Dr I spoke to listened and was very quick to explain and advise a referral Also mentioned a couple of other concerns which was also sorted The only thing I would say it is still hard to get through on the phone to get an apt for the same day however there is now a quick AP which can be used for non urgent apts but still a bug bear for the 8am rush if you want to see a dr on the same day Overall a lovely practice to belong to and advantages of having blood tests on site also just found out physiotherapist as well Would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone

Having been unwell for some time, I rang Country Park at 8.00 am and was told that my GP would call me back by midday. The receptionist to whom I spoke was friendly and helpful. I received the call from my GP at 11.30 am and was able to discuss my problem, at length, before being told that a prescription would be sent to my local pharmacy. I collected my medication at 1.30 pm and was able to start using it immediately. I was very pleased with this excellent service and would be happy to recommend the Country Park practice to others in future.

I have been with this practice for many, many years and have mostly found it to be very accommodating with helpful and pleasant staff. I have a preferred doctor whom I like to see when health issues arise as I like her no-nonsense manner when making decisions and giving advice. Overall I am happy with the service I receive.
