    The only problem is getting through on the phone. Often you get to number 1 and then you get cut off .Apart from that I think it is a good service you give .

    Totally disgusted, the nurse that i saw for my injection, was not very organised, called me into the room and then took 10 minutes looking for paperwork. She took my bloods and then a day later i have been recalled to have bloods done again, reason being 'specimen lost/unusable'. It costs me £10 or more to get a taxi and back to the doctors as i can't walk from the bus stop or tolerate getting on a bus, therefore I have to pay another £10 or more because of her incompetence, totally disgusted.

We are truly sorry that this has been your experience, it is very rare that blood tests are lost or unusable, when this happens an internal investigation is completed and reported. Please do complete a complaints form on our website, we will then be able to provide our findings to you directly.

    Well what can I say after trying for 3 evening tho g to use the online consultation at 6.30pm to have my sick note and due to run out I rang the practice every day and they said keep trying as can’t do over the Phone I finally got a “care navigator” that understood my issue and agreed Ed that the online page had had major issues and not been working. By now my current note was in last day and told would be done ASAP if doctor approved it. Well 3 day later my work are understandable annoyed as I’m now technically awol I rang doctors again to chase up and a very rude “care navigator” told me takes 5 working days. Again I explained what had happened the previous week and was told not their issues I have to wait and see if doctor agrees to it. I was very upset by this as work were getting g in touch and I didn’t know what to do and felt they didn’t believe me. I eventually tanga again and as told yes it’s not good enough and an extension was issued there and then. So over a week later my work had withheld my sick pay as no note adding more stress and nit helping to my recovery.

We are truly sorry that your pay was withheld whilst you were waiting for an extension to your sicknote, in most instances we do issue extensions within 5 working days, which is an acceptable timeframe, however due to the initial delay can see that this impacted you significantly. We will share this with our team and make changes where possible.

    I've recently had my postnatal appointment and the midwife was lovely. She listened to my concerns and addressed them, she was also very caring towards my little boy.

    My prescription issue was dealt with quickly. The Receptionist was lovely and explained what had happened and why(Hospital had told me I didn’t need to request). My prescription was signed off and my medication was ready to collect from Cosham pharmacy within 90 minutes. Good service with clear communication as always. Well done once again team. Thank you.
