Came for mmr but did not have it besause i am on hydrocourtasone tablet and the doctor said there might be a slight side affect .as my son looks after me l did not want to take a chance of being poorly as he has enough to do already .l feel fine anyway .l have an appointment at the surgery this thursday for a blood test and a review ...

The jab was administered very professionally by a very pleasant lady Doctor.My family and I find it very difficult to contact a Doctor for help.

I didn’t attend Cosham Park House Surgery but Kingston Crescent. The person I saw was very kind and friendly and clearly explained what would happen and how/ when I should receive results.

Had blood test on Tuesday 22.8.23 for Qa appointment on 29.8.23... Consultant could not proceed as blood test result were not available.... Been suffering since March 2023 with debilitating palpitations so Im gutted. I will bypass GP and get blood works via QA from now on...

Thank you for your feedback. We can see no blood results delayed this length of time for samples collected on the 22nd or a day either side. Most results were reported and 'filed' within 48 hours, which makes it accessible. The hospital will need to access the ICE system to download results not taken at the hospital; it is not 'readily' available to them, but we are sure they are aware of that. We would suggest you email j82155.complaints@nhs.net with more information so we can double check our data. Thank you

This is second time i've had to go there and the surgery is awful it's very dirty i used the pod and once again it was filthy with discarded rubbish on floor and filthy equipment however the nurse i saw was so lovely professional and efficient i know it's an old building but cleaning would help as a practice seeing any one other than by your text invitation is just none existent

Seeing someone who spoke about all aspects of my condition. Seeing for myself that the things I do to help my condition are working, such as eating smaller meals, giving up bananas and grapes!. Having enough rest and doing more things like clearing unwanted things and restarting my art work, tablet regime to continue. I feel more optimistic after the review.

The reception staff were very helpful and whilst I was there they helped me sort out a new date for an appt I couldn't make. I could not work out how to contact the practice by phone to do this so it was fortuitous I had a face to face appointment where I could ask a real person! Seemed more approachable than the other surgeries I have been to. I'm lucky enough to be a car driver so I was able to attend a surgery which is some miles from where I live.

This was the first time I've attended Cosham Park House for my medication review and blood test.Every thing went well and the waiting time to be seen wasn't long. The phlebotomist was very nice and was very informative . If future visits are as good then I will have no complaints.

I've only been at this surgery since April when North Harbour closed. But I've had good experiences since joining. Friendly staff, polite and professional. No complaints so far.
