Although I had to wait a while in the phone queue, the receptionist was very helpful. She answered my questions and quickly arranged a flu jab for me.

had a good experience especially with the new receptionist at the front, polite and and always going that extra mile to get me an appointment or prescription..

had a good experience today, the staff was very helpful and kind. it was better than before, as I was heard today and the staff were approachable.

Had an appointment with the doctor in September. I explained my problem to him which he thought would require an ECG which was then booked. I will then await the result to see what follow up if any will be required. I was given good advice throughout the consultation.

Appointment time changed, received text, then received another text advising appointment time changed again to original time. Then received another text advising new time. Had to call surgery to check. Receptionist very nice and confirmed time. Receptionist was very apologetic
